Tropical Fish Place does guarantee live arrival of live stock orders, unless other wised specified. We do every thing possible to make sure that you do receive the healthiest fish, coral, and invertebrates as possible. However in the out side chance an item does not arrive alive, The Tropical Fish Place will be happy to credit your account for the full purchase price of the animal. IF you do revive a DOA item, to qualify for the LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE, you must contact us with in 5 hours of receiving of the shipment. We may require a picture or the item returned to us. Do not dispose of the item until instructed to do so.

All live stock is shipped within an insulated shipping container. All orders will be shipped via over night delivery either by UPS or FedEx. Our standard shipping days are Monday through Fridays, with Saturday arrival is available at an additional charge. Please make sure that some one over the age of 18 will be home to receive shipment. Packages must be signed and received on first attempt made by the delivery service. If package is not taken upon first attempt of delivery, our LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE, is now voided and The tropical Fish Place will not be responsibility for any DOA stock.
